Focaccia with an airy crumb and a crisp base, with dips you put together yourself. Baked fresh for the day you need it.
We work with a slowly proved dough, good olive oil and coarse salt. That takes time, and we take it. The result is bread that needs nothing else beside it.
Alongside it we make dips that suit it well, from creamy to sharp. You decide which combination you want and how much you need. Price on request.

Add a few to your order, or take one of each.
We bake to order, so it helps to ask well ahead. If you have an allergy, add it to the notes and we will see what we can do.
